For me l always find out that most entrepreneurs close down their businesses as soon as they go bankruptcy. Do you really think that the closure for the businesses is the immidiate solution for the bankruptcy state of the businesses?

While bankruptcy is certainly an option, whether or not it's a good option depends on the circumstances your business finds itself in

It depends if the business has any assets or inventory which can be sold. If it is difficult to get paid work, it is better to close the business and spend time doing other work.
