Actually l have found that most online merchants accept cash with order which is mostly done electronically. However some accept cash upon delivery.

Over here, you can only pay cash on delivery when the product is not huge, or the price is not that high.
Here, online retailers do not accept cash. You have to pay by credit card or other e-wallets when placing the order.
Yes a lot of times I love to buy with cash. I don't like the idea of leaving my cash details online
