Every crypto wallet has a seed phrase which has 12 random words. It is meant to always be kept safe at all times because it can recover crypto wallets if lost.

Do you write your seed phrase on paper to keep safe? How safe is it that way?

I've heard of seed phrases in the past that had something to do with crypto wallets. But I didn't know that this would essentially be the password, structured in this way since the idea is to make it virtually impossible to crack. However, the biggest problem would be if the wallet owner were to lose this phrase, composed of 12 randomly generated words, because there would be no way to recover it if they weren't mistaken.

In non-custodial wallets such as Trust wallet, Metamask, Phantom, I not only save/record the seed phrase in a special book, but also save it in the form of screenshots and save it offline. In fact, the seed phrase is another form of private key to access the blockchain and can be imported/exported to other wallets, for example Trust to Metamask.
