So I witnessed a scene where a man insisted that the excess of $0.5 that was deducted from his account u his bank wrongfully be refunded. The bank said they would refund it in 2 hours. The man was furious and said he would not leave the bank till they refunded it. The bank had to process the refund that moment. All that energy for $0.5.

But in the case you are hungry and you only own 50 cents, you can purchase your breakfast, at least. Otherwise, if you own zero, you'll starve.
