Brands that have social media presence have to publish contents on the social media platforms they are on. The real question is the frequency.

To achieve growth on social media, fo brands need to post contents everyday?

Hi, I believe that social media posting frequency is key to achieving effective growth, but there isn't necessarily a one-size-fits-all solution. Posting daily can be beneficial if the content is relevant, interesting, and provides value to the audience; this helps maintain engagement and strengthen brand presence. However, it's also important not to overwhelm followers with too many posts, as this can be annoying and decrease interaction. The key is finding a balance that depends on the type of brand, the target audience, and the quality of the content. In my experience, posting daily or every other day usually works well to maintain interest without overwhelming them. The important thing is to be consistent and ensure that each post has a clear purpose and provides value.

However, you also need to remember if you are posting every day, you will also appear on the feed of your follower every day, and your followers might get frustrated seeing your content to frequently.

When business posts regularly done on their social media handles, the online presence for that business is maintained and the business is likely to grow in it's stability at ease
If a company achieves success and posts regularly on social media, it will likely remain active and remembered daily. This consistency stabilizes its presence and spurs growth. You must know your audience and keep your content consistently fresh to ensure engagement and the continued strength of your company.

The key to growing as a brand online is consistency, it does not really has to be on a daily basis, but it has to be consistent.
That's a genuinely powerful and often overlooked truth. It perfectly shifts the focus away from burnout-inducing daily grinds and towards sustainable momentum. You're absolutely right

I rarely see big brands post everyday. The brands that I know that publish contents everyday, I don't even bother looking at their contents again.
You're absolutely right, and that's the big difference between quality and quantity. Big brands understand that posting every day for no reason bores customers and devalues their products. They wait until they have something meaningful to say and then they come out with a bang with professionally produced content.
