Does a person's zodiac sign affect them?

In my opinion, it does not always effect people and a person cannot depend on the zodiac sign, but it is not always since my sister has a Libra zodiac sign and it affects her a lot because it is very tough for her to make a decision and even choose between two possibilities.

It depends on individual believe system. Some people are spiritually inclined than others. If you are spiritually inclined, i bet you will believe that everything that happens to you is spiritual connected. Everything depends on perceptions.

And it seems to me that they feel much more comfortable this way, and being completely themselves and making decisions on their own is sometimes difficult, and for them such signs can be a solution to problems
