Does Amazon require a training fee as a translator?

Yesterday, I encountered a site that hires translators. The pay ranges from $19 to $65 per hour. I registered and chose 4 hours a day to do the translation job. I was also required to watch YouTube for it explains there the procedures and the reasons why join a translation job by Amazon. At the end of the session, I was told to start the training but I have to pay the $17 training fee.

May I know for those who work as a translator if you were trained and asked to lay $ 17 before starting the job?

I think it's q scam site. I was told by a member in the other forum site that there's no training fee and there's no training too.
