I have seen so many brands that are popular but they still struggle to make sales. Is it really true that when a brand is popular, it would always translate to good sales? Why would a brand be popular and not get good sales?

Popularity and profitability don’t always match. A brand might trend on social media yet fail to convince people to spend money. Buyers care about experience and quality more than hype. It’s the combination of reputation, consistency, and customer satisfaction that truly drives long term sales.
