I think customer service and support has a direct impact on sales. If your customer service is poor, people tend not to buy from you. There are other stores which sell your products. Customers will choose the store which offers great customer service and support.
 
Of course, customer service and support, especially in online sales, will have a direct impact on sales turnover. If customer service is friendly and speaks clearly about the product, customers will be more interested and react to buying the goods.
