Many women in my country would get mad with their partners if they suggest that DNA should be done on the kids.

Their argument is that the partner doesn't trust her.

Does doing a DNA test on your kids show you don't trust your partner?

That happens if the husband senses something wrong with the appearance of the child and to make sure that it is his child, a DNA test helps solve the issue of uncertainty. Though it is hurting on the part of the wife, but she cannot contest the decision of the husband.

A DNA test is a legal way to find out the truth and if the husband is in doubt, he resorts to it, yet it creates a bad feeling on the part of the wife especially if the husband was the only man in her life. That would sound unfair.

For me i see trust as something that should be earned. So if someone is requesting for a DNA test it means you have done something that would make them doubt you or think otherwise. That that was not the case then no one would ask for a DNA test.

It shows you don't trust them, but trust is earned and many haven't made the cut.

It doesn't have to be viewed as a sign of distrust. I think it should just be viewed as a man taking insurance policy to be sure that he is taking care of his kids. I even believe DNA should be a basic thing that everyone should do.

That surely creates something malicious on the part of the wife. She may think she is guilty despite not and that act alone would change their feelings especially if proven 99% both are parents of the child. That is disgusting and love killing.

Yes it really sounds rude and unfair. infact I believe that the man doesn't just trust the wife at all.

It seems like that. In that case, the husband has an agenda. He is just creating something malicious to break the wife because he might have an insignificant one.

In my opinion the only risen that a person want a DNA test is that they don't trust their partner, i mean if you trust your partner then why do you need a DNA test for, and yeah his partner also have to react right if a men ask her for DNA test, if she gets mad and don't want the idea then it makes it even more hard to believe the faithfulness.

In some cases it is this. some partners are just petty unlike they have a solid reason to do this.

It's so obvious the husband lacks trust to his wife and it's an insult for the wife doing nothing but to be a good wife. I better leave that kind of husband.

When a married couple insists on DNA test then that's breach of trust. Whether man or woman no one likes to be doubted and be tagged as an infidel. This is raising an issue out of no issue.

Requesting a DNA test is nothing other than a show of lack of trust. If I keep some money - in cash - with you only to come back few weeks later to tell you I just want to see the cash to verify you still have it. How will you feel? I'm directly telling you I don't trust you still have the money, so I have to see it.

You all are saying this? Probably, it is not as bad in your country as it is in mine. Taking your kids for a DNA test is just like having yourself covered with an insurance plan. Does it mean that you are wishing for fire to gut your house when you buy a fire insurance plan? No. You are just playing safe. Requesting for a DNA is just playing safe and having an insurance cover.

That's true. The essence of a relationship is trust. If my partner doesn't trust me life becomes horrible.

It shows lack of trust! Trust is the fulcrum that determines how strong a relationship is or will be. Once a partner requested for a DNA test, it is obvious that he or she don't have trust in the other person. Recently, in my country a lot of relationships have disintegrated because of DNA test.

True though i am not really in support to this but like they say there are always two sides to a story. It could be possible that the wife must have done things that gave the man to carry out that kind of action. Cause i doubt if there was no trust before in the first place, they wont have gotten married.
