The term "globalization" refers to the increasing connectivity and interdependence of the world due to trade and technology. The breadth of globalization includes the resulting social and economic transformations as well. hence generating chances for economic progress in numerous nations. But in a world where authoritarian tendencies are on the increase and endanger international trade, globalization is likewise coming under more and more threat.

What's your take on this?

Global trading has increased work opportunities no doubt but had increased exploitation too. It's becoming difficult to get a job in some sectors and well paid jobs too.

It depends on individual perceptions. For globalization is making things easy for people from third world countries. It is offer us better opportunities to make money than before. This is my personal opinion. Another may see it in different dimension and perception.
