Does it make sense to post the salary range in the Job Ad a business places?

I see some job adverts that mention the salary range for the positon they are hiring. And I also see the ones that just write, "Salary Attractive".

Is it really necessary to include the salary range when I am placing an advert for job openings in my organisation?

I like the idea of placing a bet early. show the numbers from the beginning to attract the right people who understand my value and avoid wasting a lot of time on unproductive conversations.
