Some people believe that social media is making us more impatient. The immediate feedback we get from likes and comments is said to lead to shorter attention spans. Because of this, many individuals now want rapid responses and fast results in other areas of their lives. Do you agree?

I agree with you, I once read an article where excessive use of social media can cause various negative impacts such as increased impatience, anxiety, depression etc. On social media we see many people who only show their best lives, which makes others jealous, and the desire to get an immediate response often makes people impatient.

It just makes people more real. On the internet we drop the charm act and are ourselves. No need to feel disappointment as we are not a noble species.
It would have been great if everyone acted this way but one of the problems we are having with social media is that majority of the people there live fake lives, no wants to be real any longer.

I don't know about others but I have not grown impatient because of social media use. I am not predisposed to that to start with.

I’d say social media does make a lot of us more impatient. When you’re used to getting instant feedback online, it’s natural to get annoyed when things take longer in real life. But I also think it depends on the person, some manage to stay patient despite the notifications.
