Social media often spreads a harmful culture that promotes constant work and competition, particularly through the influence of some people online. Many influencers, though, can be an inspiration to display lifestyles of extreme success that can create a sense of pressure for others. This can make people feel like they aren't achieving enough in their own lives. What are your thoughts on this?

Yes it does to some extent, a lot of people have placed themselves under a lot of pressure simply because they want to be like what they are seeing on social media.

It depends on us what we view on social media. We can avoid whatever doesn't appeal to us.

social media is a double-edged sword here. You see people grinding 24/7 and it kinda sets unrealistic standards. It makes downtime feel lazy and pushes the always on mentality. The key is knowing when to look for inspiration versus comparing yourself to curated highlights that aren’t the whole story.
