Does your family have a general family contribution?

My family has set up a general family contribution. All my extended cousins have all been keyed in. We are to contribute $1 every month to the general family fund. And every family member that has a birthday gets $15 from that account.

No, we do not have this practice. It's good if all family members are getting along very well and like this idea.

No we don't at the moment, but there are times we agree to pay certain amounts to plan our mom's birthday and so on.

I like family likes this . There is a communal interest for those that have financial issues and need help. it does go a long way to help

I am glad that my family has a family welfare kit. Whereas we have a monthly contribution which helps raising some emergency funds in here.
