There is a business that I always see being advertised on billboards in my city. And I recently had need to patronize the business. I got to the business place and everything was so disorganised. No coordination. Just doing business anyhow. I just knew I couldn't patronize the business.

My take? Mass publicity would give you prospects but lack of structures can chase them away.
