Don’t beat yourself up like this. Shit happens. Some people are more prepared to deal with it some less, but failures happen. Don’t berate yourself. Seriously, just don’t.

A ‘great failure’ is only so till the next new beginning and success. People fall down, get up again, rub off their knees and continue. That’s just how life works. Honest. And I am not trying to cheer you or pump you up, this comes from my own experience, a former failure herself; felt inferior, ashamed of myself and wanted to crawl in a hole and die.

The thing is some people are always going to spew shit, no matter what and some people are always going to love you. Identify those people and find it in yourself to respect that love.

I think that perspective makes a lot of sense and reflects a reality we all face at some point. It's true that failure is part of the human process and that, sometimes, we're too hard on ourselves. Excessive self-criticism only fuels insecurity and prevents us from moving forward. The key is learning to accept failures as opportunities for growth, not as definitions of our worth. I also agree with the idea of surrounding yourself with people who truly support you and love you for who you are, because those are the relationships that really help you get through tough times. Life is full of ups and downs, and what's important is having the courage to keep trying, to get up after every fall, and to value those who are by our side. In the end, self-compassion and mutual support make all the difference.
