According to the report, Iran President Masoud Pezeshkian said missile strikes on Israel are based on the country’s “legitimate self-defense rights.”
The new Iranian president noted that a “decisive response” was given to the “aggression” of Israel.In a statement posted on X, Pezeshkian said the action was “in defence of the interests and citizens of Iran.”“Let Netanyahu know that Iran is not a belligerent, but it stands firmly against any threat. Iran attacked Israel and expect no retaliation. Iran is mad. Retaliation will be strong and more than expected. Iran expects retaliation 24 hours from now.It will be a deadly retaliation. Israel cannot sleep on the killing of the 8 IDF in Lebanon.
