Trump made the remarks in an interview with the New York Times (NYT), when asked whether the Christmas Day missile strikes against the Islamic State in Nigeria signaled a broader military campaign.

Trump could as well launch a full-scale assault on jihadists in Nigeria. The Nigerian govt. appears to be at its wits end as regards defeating these terrorists.

i think it could actually put fear in those jihadist ,so it's actually a good idea if the government put in fear in them

I do hope these threats would stop the killings completely though. The level of unrest all over the world these days is something else.
