Donations not working after last update of the site.

It seems the donation function of the site is not working properly. First of all, it shows that I can't donate below $1 D Bucks. I could donate less than that before the update.

Later, I tried donating to @Joshua Farrell and @King Belieal, and it returned the message that they were not permitted to accept donations. This wasn't so previously. Kindly look into it.

It appears as if the crediting system we use has updated it to where whole numbers must be used for donations rather than decimals as previously. At this point in time, from what I've reviewed, there's no way to fix this without the crediting system's development team making the adjustment and putting out a new update. Since I'm a bit tired tonight, I'll give @fords8 time to review it but I submit an official support ticket. There could be something I overlooked.

This is correct. I am still waiting to hear an update on this myself.

I never changed any of the settings for fees. So I will have to ask @Devin if it was setup like that before.
