A dwarf donkey named Dolly Parton escaped from her owner's farm in Michigan and caused quite a stir. Michigan State Police dispatched officers to Holy Township, Oakland County, after reports that Dolly had escaped through an open pasture gate.
Dolly escaped at around 8 p.m. with another donkey named Henry. Henry returned on his own at 9 p.m., but Dolly continued to wander. Troopers eventually helped bring Dolly safely home at 10:30 p.m.
It's a fascinating story that shows how small animals can cause a lot of excitement when they stray outside the normal confines of a farm.
What do you think? Does the donkey's owner adore Dolly Parton, the musician?
