One of the major points of conflict in a partnership business has always been "ownership". It could be ownership of the business or ownership of the products.

For a partnership business to work, all discussions about all forms of ownership should be settled and agreed upon before the partnership starts.

Ownership is what brings the biggest conflict to a partnership. It's like samurai fighting over a single katana without a dojo to have clear rules. The ownership discussion must be settled before it begins. It's like a Maori carving standing firm, showing your roots. When you're well organized, each partner feels valued and fairness runs like a bullet train without stopping. Trust blooms like a sakura. Spring ninja vibes.

That's truth because anything can come up in the future and threatened your ownership if that's not stated out.
It is true that ownership matters must be made clear early because tomorrow and the day after tomorrow something can arise that will confuse you without proper documentation it is easy for someone else to come and claim rights and you remain empty handed it is like planting seeds without preparing the field properly the result is weak crops

It is like the story of the Trojan Horse brought into the city without people knowing the consequences if you leave ownership without explaining it properly it is like opening the gate and allowing a wooden horse to enter later you are surprised problems come out of it and they eat your strength the business remains stagnant like a boat without a rudder

My point exactly, your friend today can be your worse enemy tomorrow. So it's to settle this outrightly before starting out
