"Dotting the 'I's and Crossing the 'T' '' is when someone looks for perfection. A site owner looking for threads and posts that will have all those qualities will have to pack his bag and baggage.
Leave alone those who have English as their second language even the native speakers of today have no patience to see what they post has perfect grammar and perfect spelling.
