According to the report, Canadian unmanned aerial systems company Draganfly has received a strategically significant contract to provide its flagship Commander 3XL drones for a military customer in the Asia Pacific.
The report also stated that the order, placed through a recognized defense contractor, covers a secure AES 256 encrypted communication link, a rugged ground control station, and adaptable payload options to support intelligence, surveillance, and logistical missions.
The report added that the deal includes options for additional phases as the recipient continues evaluating the autonomous aircraft technology for deployment across its operational units.
In addition, the report said that this contract in the Asia Pacific region is a strong endorsement of the Commander 3XL platform and Draganfly’s expanding role in global defense operations. The team has worked closely with their partners to meet the nation’s defense department requirements, demonstrating that Draganfly can meet delivery, compliance, export, timeline, and volume expectations.
