Emails not getting delivered

Yesterday I withdrew money from my bank account, and after that I have stopped receiving emails in one of my email ids. What could be the reason why emails are not being delivered to the email id?

There might be no important matter to be delivered to you by the bank. The bank might suffer power outage, but if not go to the bank and ask them.

There are almost no emails being delivered since 6th, I think it is related to the action against a finfluencer I have been complaining about for a long time.
