So, you had some Venezuelans living in Finland who were actually celebrating the U.S. getting involved in Caracas. What really struck me about the whole thing was the sense of hope they had. It’s kind of amazing, when you think about it, that even though they're so far away in Finland, they still feel so strongly about what's happening back home in Venezuela.
What I found kind of surprising, though, was how much they seemed to be counting on outside help to fix things. It makes you think about what real change really looks like and where it needs to start. To me, the key thing is making sure Venezuela gets some real, lasting stability, something that everyone can depend on. I think the people want that.
I think Finland, in a lot of ways, is like a little mirror showing us what's going on around the world. You see all these big global issues playing out even in a small place like that. Everyone there has very different opinions on world topics. It is interesting to see how the country responds. It's just a neat, smaller version of global conversations.
