If you are a business operator setting your business abroad, you must not show impartiality in your treatment of your employees regardless of the color of their skin race, gender , or nationality, in short, don't show your discriminatory behavior per se. As a business owner, ensure all people have an equal chance for work, including laws that make it illegal to discriminate against someone in the hiring process or make employment decisions based on protected characteristics already mentioned. This usually happens in other countries looking down on employees who have different color of their skin, height, and communication skills. There is no one above the law whoever you are and yours will be the exact punishment should you display arrogance, insults, and discrimination against their salaries that are standardized which you like to compromise because of your hate. With this kind of act, a business owner or manager will be sanctioned by law accordigly.
 
Always ensure there are equal rights between your workers, then in a situation where their positions or department gives them different privileges, these privileges should be clearly stated for all to know. This would help prevent abuse of these positions to oppress others.
 
There are cases like that abroad and even in our country and place discrimination is adhered. Those employees who are newly hired received less salary despite having equal educational qualifications. It's so bias.
