Erika Kirk speaks at husband’s Medal of Freedom ceremony

According to the report, President Donald Trump has posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. President Trump praised Kirk as "a patriot who inspired millions." Kirk was shot and killed last month at a Utah college event. Kirk’s widow, Erika, said during her husband’s memorial ceremony in Arizona, that in the midst of her grief, she was finding comfort that her husband left this world without regrets. She said she forgives the man who is charged with killing him. Charlie Kirk was the founder and executive director of Turning Point USA, one of the largest national student conservative organizations in the country.

Charlie is watching over his precious Erica and his precious children so proudly from Heaven today, and he is so touched by President Trump's honoring him with the Presidential Medal of Freedom. I cannot help to cry hearing the speech of the young widow, Erika Kirk.
