Ever encountered problem with your exchange account

Until now, I had never encountered any issues with my accounts on crypto exchanges. I use centralized exchanges and never have had any major issues. I once had a small issue on my Binance account and I was able to connect with customer care through live chat and was able to sort our problem. However, recently I encountered an issue on my exchange account. They are not submitting appeal via tickets and I cannot find a way to connect to live chat.

Although I have not encountered any major problems with crypto exchanges, I often encounter minor problems, such as in May 2024 when the Coinbase exchange was inaccessible and a message appeared saying “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable”. I also lost my Google Authenticator backup code for the TokoCrypto exchange but it was resolved with a photo of myself.

I have not really encountered any problem with my exchange account. It only refuses to load properly when the app is not updated.

I have been using luno and roqqu for a few years now and I have not experienced an issues with them so far.

I to have never experienced any issues with my crypto currency account. Everything bad been going so well ever since.

I have an account with Bybit and Bitget exchange and all of them are verified. I have never even had to approach customer care for any issue.

Binance is as efficient as a crypto exchange can be and I have never had any issues with my crypto operations on it.

No, I have never had any kind of problem with an exchange, only having to give more information about myself in order to continue operating on that platform, that is, more KYC.

Not really for me but a platform with no functional customer care will be a red flag to me. I would not use it

I have never experienced any major problems with my exchange account. Some minor challenges happen though like some little delays though.
