Well, I have used traffic exchanges in the past but I no longer use them. If you run ads on your site, using traffic exchange services could put your publisher account at risk. Most ad networks strictly prohibit incentivized traffic or traffic exchange. Traffic Exchange can also harm your website's performance. You can get de-indexed or lose your rank if they detect artificial traffic patterns.

For me l can say that l really tried to using the traffic exchanges a means of earning online. However l became very tired and quit because it was not worthwhile.

Yes, twice and it is a very bad experience, the traffic is of very poor quality, it is also usually marked as very poor quality and if you think about monetizing with those visits the CPM will be very low, very bad, I really do not recommend it, it seems like a good idea at first but after a few times you realize that it is not.

The traffic exchanges are great way for getting engagements on the Websites on question . Although traffic from exchanges is not reccomended because it's not genuine means of website monetization that matter.
