Most businesses tend not to recognize the power that consumers have when it come to the survival of their business. Consumer power is mostly very important for big corporate businesses where the consumers are organized.

Businesses must always recognize the power of consumers in the survival of their businesses.

At the end of the day, there is no business out there that can actually survive without the consumers, hence they need to realize the importance of the consumers.

It is the consumers that the business exists for. And the consumers boycotting a business or having a bad mind about the business would surely bring the business down.
There you have hit the very foundation of business. Customers are the heart of any business. Without them there is no sales, no revenue and no growth. A business should respect them, care about them and listen to their needs carefully. Once you lose their trust, it is very difficult to regain it.

When customers start boycotting or have a negative attitude towards your services or products, the effects are visible quickly. Bad reputations spread faster than good ones. That is why transparency, quality and good service are important weapons to survive in the market. A business that builds trust survives for a long time.

The value that a business has is derived from the number of consumers that the business has been able to retain
This business is not just about selling, it's about delivering until customers come back. If you can keep people's loyalty, that's when value starts to appear. Returning customers are what build a name and bring in lasting money. Without them, you're just like a lottery booth.

But it's not easy, bro, you have to commit to delivering quality and true service. People want something fresh and a meaningful experience. If you give them that, they'll come back and bring others. Retention is gold and it determines whether you're in the game or just playing.
