Negotiations are part of businesses and for a business negotiation to be successful, it must clearly show what the other party is going to get from the proposal. No need for long negotiations. Try to project to the other party their business interests in the proposal and the negotiation would be easy.
 
Negotiations is a two way thing. I business, everyone has interests and a good negotiation would accommodate the interest of both parties.
