While there are many banner exchanges, I am looking for an exchange which will convert the banner views into clicks or visitors to my websites or url provided? Does anyone know of a reliable exchange to convert banner views to visitors to the url provided?

I think Easy Hits For You is the best place to buy banner impressions for credits and a Payeer account if you have one. But clicks do not guarantee conversion to resume everything.
I have a few ad networks which are paying only for visitors, clicks on the link, so I am searching for suitable PTC or traffic exchanges preferably with a 1: 1 ratio . I have a large number of websites and can provide banner impressions.

I have tried this in the past, but it did not work for me, so I have stopped doing it. I do not want any kind of traffic on my site, I only want traffic that actually converts and makes me money.
