Exploiting, robbing your classmate to become very rich and powerful

In some countries, top government employees are exploiting, robbing their classmate, especially college classmate who they hate to become very rich and powerful, get government jobs for their sugar babies, girlfriends and associates. Is this exploitation widespread in your country also?

When you talk about exploitation, this is pretty common almost everywhere. We also have issues like this here in my country.

This is not common in my location. While top government officials may take advantage of their position to get benefits, they dare not to do such kind of things to their college classmates or acquaintances.

There were very few women studying engineering thirty years ago, and some male top government employees have ruthlessly cheated, exploited , robbed their female classmate who they hated to get government jobs for at least 10-15 girlfriends, without being questioned, in a massive fraud, slavery which has shocked both Russians and Americans
