Extortion racket targeting older single professionals

Older single professionals, especially women have some savings for their old age, since there is no social security system in some countries. Yet government agencies are targeting these single professionals for extortion, falsely claiming that the money will be misused, the professionals are security threats, to rob their savings, deny their fundamental rights. How can single professionals end these extortion rackets?

As a country it should consider the need for protection of the people's funds and other properties on behalf of the people for sure.
