I could not use my computer daily due to problems, and was mainly using my tablet and smartphone for one month. I found that my eyesight was adversely affected, since there is less distance. Has anyone else faced this problem?

I am always in touch with various devices, be it PC, laptop, smartphone, etc., whether at home, in the office or outside the home. So my eyes are disturbed, often dazzled by the screen, even often tears come out, but since I used anti-radiation glasses, my eyes have started to feel comfortable looking at or staring at the screen for hours.

I use to convert my phone to blue filter in my setting. The blue filter is cool and doesn't affect the sight. Moreover, try to reduce the brightness of your phone or smartphone, it will help a lot.

You can get those glasses that protect against Ultra Violet rays and use them on when you are doing stuff on your smartphone.
