The stamp duty which has to be paid for property sale will vary depending on the state where the property is located. Additionally in some cases, the rates vary depending on the price of the property. The person drafting the sale deed is claiming that the stamp duty is higher for resale properties and if the property owner owns another property, which is not mentioned anywhere online. So how to prove that the sale deed drafter is making fake claims?
