Favorite Cuisine?

I am from the Philippines so my favorite cuisine is Filipino. LOL. I know I am biased but we have delicious foods that you can try when you visit the Philippines, such as adobo, sinigang, lechon, and caldereta. Apart from Filipino, I like Japanese, Italian, and Mediterranean. How about you?

It may be odd when i say this but i never tried cuisine before, i want to try it but i never get the chance.

I love Italian cuisine the most because there are so many delicious dishes, I haven't tried all of them, but the ones I have tried are very masculine, especially pasta or pizza, it's a masterpiece.
