According to the report, the FBI, DHS, and ICE raided 27 cartel-linked sites in Minnesota in Operation Northern Razor after a judge was found with cocaine, cash, guns, and CJNG cartel evidence hidden inside her office.
The report stated that raids expose a criminal architecture built inside local institutions: 240kg of narcotics, $154 million in cartel funds, encrypted phones, and documents proving that officials, bank directors, and police chiefs helped move drugs and money through legal channels.
The report also said that Judge Layla Mahad’s office contained 6kg of cocaine, 7 firearms, and $81 million behind a false wall, the command node of a network using 29 shell companies across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Panama, and Curaçao.
The report added that this wasn’t simple bribery. It was a system design serving the CJNG cartel. Dawn raids hit trucking depots, church basements, clinics, warehouses, and riverfront piers. Packaging machines, sealed drug boxes, routing laptops, and cash stuffed into vents revealed a cartel hiding in plain sight behind permits, leases, and signatures.137 arrests. Dozens of officials exposed. One state shaken.
What a shame, a judge caught with cocaine. These criminals were selling each junky a death sentence. They should get the same sentence.
