According to the report, Federal agents uncovered Florida’s biggest corruption scandal. The FBI, DHS, and US Military Task Force Phoenix launched a historic raid against a Florida Sheriff’s Department tied to the Sinaloa and CJNG cartels.

The report stated that inside the compound, they confiscated 324 firearms, 2.3 tons of narcotics, and encrypted ledgers connecting the operation directly to Mexico’s cartel network.

The report added that the Military cyber units tracked illegal shipments through Gulf ports, exposing how deep the corruption ran from local deputies to international traffickers.

The report said that this investigation marks the largest joint FBI–US Military operation in Florida’s history, revealing how Task Force Phoenix dismantled the cartel shield that protected corrupted lawmen for years.
