The floods in northern Pakistan have kicked thousands of families out of their homes. What really gets to me is how exposed those rural areas are. It's just awful seeing homes and farms wiped out so quickly. I'm shocked that there isn't better stuff in place to stop this. I think the big thing is putting more money into defenses against floods. Pakistan really needs to get serious about protecting people from climate change.
