According to the report, when Joshua Emanuel was pulled over on his way to work in Jackson County, Florida, he thought he had nothing to hide. He trusted the process and the man in the uniform.

The report said that trust vanished the moment Deputy Zachary Wester reached into the center console and pulled out a syringe of methamphetamine that Joshua had never seen before.

The report added that this officer's breach of power where a law enforcement officer used his authority to frame dozens of innocent motorists.

Additionally, Florida Sheriff's Deputy Zachary Wester systematically abused his power by planting methamphetamine on innocent motorists during traffic stops to artificially inflate his arrest numbers, leading to over 100 wrongful prosecutions before he was caught and sentenced to 12 years in prison.

I'm also wondering why he's only sentenced to 12 years. He should stay behind bars for life. There are many charges only to receive 12 years in prison. When this criminal comes out he would do the same or may traffic drugs.

This is one of the reasons why people fear those in uniform, cause there have been several cases like this where the cop frames them.
That's true, it's a real happening. It happened here in my country, the police accused the young guy trafficking drugs, but it was a lie. The worst, they killed the 17 years old victim. After a series of investigation, witnesses emerged stating the facts with proofs. Three policemen are sentenced to life imprisonment for committing heinous crimes, trafficking and killing.

It's pretty common here in my country, infact in most cases, the innocent are even more scared than the criminals.

I cannot understand why there are human beings like them, evil and barbaric. Some men in uniform are abusive; they abuse their power, having a gun and handcuffs.
