For a week now the flow sales of my milk tea business worried me a lot. Apart from the increase of my milk tea and the increase of the price of the ingredients, there is also near my business' stall a new business rival. My previous customers splitted almost half of the total of the usual drinkers. My old customers are now buying there. They might be lured of the discount being new. I already sighted this risk the day I started my offline business. I will never lose hope.

That is true but there are things which you need to do for instance if you are lossing your customer you will need to do something which will attract them to come back again so don't just go to compete with the new business operator other wise you will have problem

I already conditioned myself in case things like this happen. Thankfully my old customers came back after disliking the attitudes of the staff of my competitor. Kindness begets kindness. My staff stays cool and kind to all customers old or new. Consistency is the key.

Good to know that your old customers are coming back. Yes, keep the good customer service and make sure your milk tea is always the tastiest.
Yes, I am now confident that my customers like my milk tea. The customers of my rival are getting smaller. I have learned from a feedback that my business competitor has a dirty space.

This is one of the reasons why running a business is not all that easy, there sre times where things might be going well, then there are times where things might not be all that good.
