Food vendors sells spicy and salty food

Street food stalls use salt and chili to attract customers with their spicy taste and encourage repeat customers. They believe that people who eat spicy food will remember it quickly and buy it again when they pass by. Some believe that salt and chili hide the quality of other products, which may not be as fresh. Although they lose a small portion of their profits, they find that their spicy taste attracts people more than regular food. This is the psychology of local businesses, where spicy food is considered an added value for the customer.

Most of these vendors are not after your health but your money. Some vendors even go as far as repeating food that was cooked the previous day so as not to loose any money which is why they love addition of excess spices. However, a healthy conscious customer will gladly and boldly walk away and not buy making you loose sales.
