Forcing customers to share a ride

Autorickshaws are used in some countries instead of cabs but some drivers are not ethical . They lure passengers promising a single ride and later they convert it into a shared ride to make more money. Has anyone else faced this problem?

I see some drivers do this , I think it is all about greed and the motivation to make more money and that's it
