I often encounter the terms franchise and partnership on our beloved DBuck forum, so far many people and I also think that these two terms have the same meaning and both forms are very suitable to be run by novice businessmen. However, according to some people, the franchise and partnership business forms have many differences both in terms of capital, form of cooperation, control and management, so what do you think is the difference between a franchise business and a partnership business?

The franchise model involves an often smaller business buying the right to use the goodwill and brand of a bigger business to set up its own business. Partnership involves two persons or businesses at the same level collaborating together to build a single business.
