Frauds falsely claiming that they are working for a business

Some well connected frauds are falsely claiming that they are working for a business to get additional salaries, great powers when they have refused to reply to the business owner for more than 13 years or have no contact at all. Shockingly the top tech and internet companies are supporting the frauds faking work, while the real online investors who is actually doing the work, is defamed as idle and lazy. What is the best way to stop robber frauds from faking work, in a case of slavery?
