For an offline business, shipping does not matter because customers mostly come to you, buy the product and take the product with them. For some bulky product yo might have to offer shipping though, in a condition like this, do you offer free shipping or paid shipping. Likewise, when it comes to sell your products online, shipping is mandatory as customers cannot come to you to receive products, do you offer free or paid shipping.

Normally, online business offers free shipping if your purchase exceeds a certain amount. I think this is reasonable as arranging shipping involves costs.
