There was no one specific. It was just anybody he could see.”

That was a deadly shooting; whoever the suspect sees, he will shoot. That lady passing in front of him was unlucky. That might be her call. May the fatalities rest in peace, and those injured will be healed in God's power. The suspect might have a mental problem

Honestly, it is better United States ban guns use and let common man have peace of mind. Guns have caused more more death in United States than any other factor. Why can't United States government just ban and seize all gun in the country!

Banning gun ownership could minimise crimes. I always observe that gunners do shooting where there are many people like schools, public market, and parks. These criminals have no other motive in minds except to kill. For me the best option is to stop the manufacturing of guns. This was imposed in my country total gum ban under the Duterte administration but after he was replaced by Marcos, gun ban was uplifted so crimes in my country soared.
