Even with the continued shortages and queues at petrol stations in some parts of Nigeria, the pump prices are now settling at higher ranges. This about the independent and some major marketers.

Findings in Lagos and Abuja reveals that independent marketers have adjusted their prices upwards to 20 and 30 percent. While major marketers are selling at an average of N605 per litre, the independent marketers are selling at an average of N730 per litre. They are also some extreme cases where they are selling up to N900/ltr in the outskates of major cities.

‘Major marketers in B2B transactions’

This seemingly worsening situation is attributed to a systems breakdown in the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, The system breakdown have given the major marketers the upper hands as independent marketers no longer have direct access to imported product at the depots at the stipulated depot prices.

We have entered another level of suffering. The citizens are desperately in need of relieve from government mismanagement and policies. When the election was rigged, Nigerians keep their mouth shut. Due to tribalism and ethnic afflictions, Nigeria sold their birthright!

Over here most filling stations now bae fuel, but they are all selling at the cost of 810 naira per liter.
This is just bad, my cousin told me in their location it goes up to a thousand naira per litre. This is not just funny at all.
